I will write as long as I have a voice, Simone Savogin, tre60, Tea, 2019

Simone Savogin began his career as a poet slammer in 2005 when he founded, together with others, the LIPS (Lega taliana Poetry Slam). Since then, he has collected a series of successes that have allowed him to win the Italian Poetry Slam Championship 3 times in a row and to reach the top places in international competitions. Playing with sounds and alliteration, Savogin's poems focus on everyday objects and emotions, reworking them and often offering an alienated vision that requires reflection.
And it is precisely this change of point of view that makes the collection I will write as long as I have a voice - which mainly contains unpublished texts - immediately "popular", direct and effective, appreciable by all.

THE AUTHOR
Simone Savogin was born in Como in 1980 and has always lived in Alserio. Graduated in Music Communication Sciences and Technologies in Milan, he has been dubbing director of video games, cartoons and documentaries for the past ten years. «Urla» in four bands and collaborates with the ANPI for the dissemination of the fundamental principles of the Constitution and of the Charter of Human Rights, with performances on figures of the Resistance, deportees and other stories concerning the Second World War. Before this collection he published Haikoodle, a book of haiku illustrated together with Martina Dirce Carcano and Come farfalle (Edizioni Millegru), whose texts are re-presented here together with a large number of unpublished works.
